Privacy policy

Lumii is Australian-built care technology for practices and people. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

From this website: if you request access, we collect the details you submit (name, email address, the type of Lumii service you're interested in, and any optional practice, discipline or message details). This site is cookieless and we don't run third-party tracking scripts.

In the Lumii app (for clinics): clinics use Lumii to manage their own patients' information. In that context the clinic is the controller of patient data and Lumii is the processor, handling it on the clinic's behalf under our agreement.

How we use it

Website lead data is used solely to respond to your access request and to contact you about onboarding. We do not sell personal information.

Where it's stored

Personal information is stored in Australia, in the Sydney region. Enquiry information submitted here is stored in Australia.

Service providers

We use a small set of processors to run the service — including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and (for clinics) payments and messaging providers. Each is bound to handle data only as instructed. A current sub-processor register is available on request.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete website lead data. Email privacy@lumii.com.au.

Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging. See our security page.

Changes & contact

We'll update this policy as the service evolves. Questions or complaints: privacy@lumii.com.au.
